Week Nine – School. College ruled paper seems so outdated and yet it appears on the supply lists every year.
Week Eight – Architecture
Week Eight – Architecture. As a real estate photographer, I have had the pleasure of being in some really lovely homes like this one. I love the architecture of the home. I love the way a house reveals itself and allows you to relax within its walls.

Week Seven – Sunset. This was taken on the same Florida trip. I never wanted to leave that spot!

Week Six – Sunrise.Okay, I admit that I rearranged my weekly photo assignments to correspond with to my trip to Florida. But can you blame me? The small black spec near the horizon line is a dolphin that joined us for the sunrise. It was magical!
Week Five – Communication
Week Five – Communication. This “old” phone graces the wall of our bar. I think it’s interesting that even though we are living in the most technologically advanced moment in human history, we are still drawn to the charm of the past. I don’t think any of us would want to trade our internet and smart phones for Pennsylvania 6-5000 and Millie the Operator, but the aesthetic is very pleasing.

Week Four – Fantasy. I took a small Halloween decoration and applied some affects to it in Lightroom.
Week Three – Abstracts and Color
Week Three – Abstracts and Colors. Abstracts are a challenge for me, so I thought I would try to take a simple household object and give it some abstraction. This is our colorful hammock turned sideways blowing in the wind.
