Day 360 – Portillo’s – the best Chicago Italian beef on the planet.
Carrots
Day 350 – I took a few days off the photo blog because we had some family visiting. It was great to see them and while we were out exploring the garden, my mother-in-law and I found some carrots that were ready to be picked. We all enjoyed them and now I am super excited to get the garden planted.
Olive You Too
Day 346 – We always have great, healthy snack trays when we hang out together on the weekends. But no matter how many olives I put out we always eat them ALL!

Day 289 – Happy Labor Day! Summer takes its bow and Autumn is soon upon us. A BBQ was a perfect way to spend this day, thankful for the work we love and the rest we relish.
Love to Eat
Day 270 – I love to eat. My whole family loves to eat. And we always enjoy the fresh, deep fried Wisconsin cheese at the County Fair. So, in honor of Julia Child’s 100th birthday, I am posting this photo. I wouldn’t recommend eating fried cheese every day. But once a year…. mmmmmm. Yum!

Day 90 – The peanut – to some it’s a deadly allergen, to others it’s a favorite snack. When did it get so complicated?
Chicken Soup for the Body and Soul
Day 80 – I spent the morning making a pot of homemade chicken noodle soup for my son who has a cold. There’s nothing like a little love and noodles to make it all better.
