Day 191 – So here’s what I ate today. Breakfast – cottage cheese and berries, Lunch – veggie/rice soup and rice cake, Dinner – Salad and a section of leftover quesadilla.

Julia, You may just have come up with a great plan for a way for people to monitor their food consumption! Just think what a great incentive it would be to people struggling with their weight if they photographed everything before it is eaten!
That would be an interesting experiment. So many people claim that food journals help them lose weight. Maybe the pictures would help too!
